We pride ourselves on being able to find an optimal solution for each of our customers.

Not every application and/or method is the same, which means a unique solution is often required. This is why we don’t have a standard product catalog available, most of our products are customized just for you! If you’re unsure of what you may need, please contact us to get in touch with our team of experts that can provide a product recommendation and assist with method development. 

Requesting a Quote or Placing an Order

New Customers

New customers must first establish an account with DPX. In order to request a quote or place an order you need to reference the product catalog number. If you do not have a product catalog number, you can fill out the product request form on our website for the product you are interested in. 

Once you have a product catalog number you can contact us via phone at (803) 973-3127, Opt. 3 or by email (preferred) at sales@dpxlabs.com to request a quote or place an order. A member of our team will respond within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been processed, a sales order confirmation will be sent out via email. 

Customers with Existing Accounts

If you have ever received a sample, quote or placed an order with DPX, then you already have an established account. Please review the following guidelines for requesting product information.

  1. Requesting a Quote: Send an email to your sales representative or sales@dpxlabs.com and reference the product catalog number and quantity for the items you would like quoted.
  2. Placing an Order from a Quote: Please reply to your sales representative or email sales@dpxlabs.com to place an order from the quote you received. In the email, please reference the quote number and account name.
  3. Re-ordering DPX Products: Email is the preferred method for contacting us for placing an order at sales@dpxlabs.com. A member of our team will respond within 1 business day. Once an order has been processed, a sales order confirmation will be sent out via email. In the email, reference:
    • product catalog number
    • quantity
    • requested ship by date*

*Your requested ship date is subject to our turnaround time for ordering DPX products.

NOTE: If you are a current customer and fill out the contact us form on our website to place an order (instead of email), please note there is an up to 48 response time for following up with website inquiries.

Production and Turnaround Times

Most DPX products are custom built to order, meaning we do not keep a large inventory of all product options for immediate availability. The lead time for custom products is two weeks from the time of internal order processing. There are a few product lines that may be in stock at any given time for faster shipping and orders would be processed with available inventory on a first come first served basis. As such, to ensure your ship date, we strongly recommend establishing a standing order to schedule shipments without worrying about lead times. You can cancel, pause, or modify without repercussions.* We understand that due to extenuating circumstances, product may be needed faster, so we do offer rush options at an additional charge.°

**Please contact us within 14 business days of your next scheduled shipment to ensure that changes are processed in time.
