DPX Technologies joins Biotage, enabling Biotage to provide industry leading pipette tip technology and applications

Biotage, a global supplier and solutions partner to a wide range of customers within drug discovery and development and analytical testing, today announced that it has acquired DPX Technologies, an industry leading Pipette Tip Technology and Applications company, effective Wednesday, 31 December 2025. The acquisition strengthens Biotage’s position within sample prep and expands its capabilities in pipette tip technology.

DPX Technologies is located in Columbia, SC, USA and has 45 employees in USA who will join Biotage. It successfully serves a wide range of customers in the clinical, forensic, genomics, proteomics and food safety industries through its easy-to-use and easy-to-automate pipette tips.
